Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Dhrohar online store or place an order with us. Please read them together with our delivery, returns and privacy policies.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information without permission.
Products and photographs
Check the selected colour, size, measurements and What's included section before ordering. Styling props and other items in a photograph are not included unless listed in the package contents. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear; this does not limit your rights if an item is not as described.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless the store explicitly displays another currency. The checkout shows the applicable product total, taxes, shipping charges and discounts before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and explain the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you about a replacement, cancellation or refund. Do not treat a suggested alternative as accepted unless you choose it.
Delivery and changes
Our Delivery information page explains dispatch estimates, delivery charges and tracking. Contact us promptly if you need to change an address or cancel before dispatch. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & exchanges policy explains change-of-mind returns, product issues, return charges, cancellations and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Store content
The Dhrohar name, photographs, product descriptions and site design may be protected by intellectual property rights. Browsing or buying from the store does not transfer those rights. Do not reuse protected content without permission from the relevant owner.
External services
The store uses services such as Shopify and payment or delivery providers. Their services may be subject to their own applicable terms and privacy information. Dhrohar remains responsible for its obligations to you as the seller.
Updates and contact
