Here is what to expect after you place an order with Dhrohar.

Where we deliver
We deliver within India to the addresses and PIN codes available at checkout. Enter your complete address and PIN code to see the delivery options for your order.
Getting your order ready
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Any estimate shown at checkout applies to the selected address and delivery option. Courier disruptions, severe weather or other events can cause delays; contact us if your parcel has passed its stated estimate.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. The total includes the shipping charge applicable to your address and order.
Following your parcel
When your order is dispatched, we send the available tracking details to the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may take a little time to show the courier's first scan.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address, PIN code and phone number before placing the order. For a correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the parcel can still be updated before dispatch. If delivery cannot be completed, contact us so we can help with the next step.
