Choosing your pieces
Does my cushion come with filling?
Check the product type and What's included section. Filled cushions include filling. Cushion covers are covers only and do not include an insert.
What does "set of 2" mean?
A set of 2 includes the two pieces listed under What's included on the product page. The quantity in your bag counts sets, so a quantity of 1 is one set of two pieces.
How many pieces are included in a set?
The What's included section on each product page lists the pieces in that set. A photo may show other items for styling, so use the contents list when choosing.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the measurements on the product page with the cushion, insert or bed you already use. Check the measurements of the exact colour and size selected; these can differ between options. Our size & care guide explains what to measure.
How do I choose the right insert for a cushion cover?
Measure your existing insert and compare it with the cover dimensions on the product page. Fit depends on the cover shape and how full you like your cushion. Cushion covers do not include an insert.
Are cushion sizes the same across every design?
No. Squares, rounds and shaped cushions can have different measurements. Check the dimensions shown for the selected item rather than relying on the photograph alone.
Will the colour look exactly like the photograph?
Screens and room lighting can make colours appear different. Look through the full image gallery and check the selected colour name before ordering.
Orders and delivery
Do you deliver to my PIN code?
Enter your complete address and PIN code at checkout. The delivery options and charges for your order are shown there before you pay.

How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email includes a link to your order status page, where tracking details appear once they are added. See Track your order for more help.
Care and help
How do I look after my Dhrohar piece?
Follow the care instructions for the exact product and its care label. Cleaning methods can differ between pieces. If you are unsure, contact us before washing or dry cleaning.
Can I save a piece for later?
Select the heart on a product card or product page to add it to your wishlist. Open Wishlist to see your saved pieces.
How can I contact you?
Use the form on our contact page. Include the product name or link, or your order number if your question is about an order.
